Usenetix requires a JavaScript-enabled browser, preferably Internet Explorer 5.0, Netscape 5.0 or better.

Usenetix automatically logs out after 10 minutes of inactivity. You must log back in.

How do I open the .ZIP file I downloaded?
You will need an unzip utility. You can download a free version of Winzip here. If you are on Windows XP, you can just open the ZIP file.
