I get a "No JavaScript" error when I try to login.
Usenetix requires a JavaScript-enabled browser to work properly. If you
have one, you may have JavaScript disabled.
I get a "Session Expired" error.
Usenetix automatically logs out after 10 minutes of inactivity. You must
log back in.
How do I open the .ZIP file I downloaded?
You will need an unzip utility. You can download a free version of
Winzip here. If you are on
Windows XP, you can just open the ZIP file.
How do I cancel my Account?
First, login into your account. Then, follow these
directions.
Do I get a refund if I cancel early?
